It’s almost here! Pokémon Day 2025 is right around the corner, and this year, the hype is through the roof. With the announcement of the Switch 2, the lingering anticipation for Pokémon Legends: Z-A, and whispers of a possible ninth Eeveelution, there's a lot to look forward to.

Traditionally celebrated on February 27th, Pokémon Day marks the anniversary of Pokémon Red and Green’s original release in Japan back in 1996. Fans worldwide use this day to celebrate their favorite monster-catching franchise, and Pokémon usually delivers some exciting announcements.
